The Tonykart Venox frame is made of CR-MO tubes with diameters of 32mm and 30mm.

Its main characteristic is its side frame with a double diameter which goes from 30mm to 32mm to help flexibility.

This chassis, which has been studied for soft tyres, follows the traditional characteristics of the Tony Kart line :- magnesium components, adjustable rear and front chassis height, double circuit hydraulic brake system, camber and caster adjustment of the forecarriage with the proper eccentric washers.

We use the Tonykart Venox 03 chassis.  Whilst this is a chassis design from 2003, it is still regarded as one of Tonykart's best chassis.  The 04 Venox suffered from too much grip at the front, as as a result, a lack of grip at the back in the colder conditions.  Tonykart's 'Factory team' themselves moved away from the venox to the Racer, and developed a Racer EV to win the 2004 world championship.  The 03 Venox still is one of the best balanced chassis out there, and with our karts not having many hours use, can still match the opposition in pace.
